What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we are not the main seller therefore you must contact and/or refer to an original sellers terms for returns individually.

Requirements for a Full Refund

More often than not these are the requirements to get a full refund.

  • Items have to be in new condition
  • Items have to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic products must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

While many sellers offer a returns policy equal to our own, some seller returns policies could vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the vendor's web site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by buyer.

Items valued at over need to be returned to the seller using a trackable shipping service. If ever the order is valued at 0 and up, insure the shipment for the price of this product and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't utilize a trackable method to return or you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

In order to return a heavy or bulky item which has been delivered by way of specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you throughout the returns process and will require that you contact our specialized customer service team, which may schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. To guarantee the return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
